Spot the Dave is a property company that specialises in turning empty properties into co-living unique spaces. Properties in need of significant refurbishment are purchased. A full back to brick renovation is carried out to achieve the best possible configuration of the property. The transformed property is then brought to the rental market delivering quality homes for student and professional tenants.
ABOUT DAVINDER SANGHERA
A Mathematics graduate, Davinder worked in the investment banking sector for 5 years in NYC and London and across three tier 1 investment banks. As a treasury trader, Davinder regularly transacted multi-million-dollar deals with constant interaction with banks, brokers and clients to mitigate against risks in order to execute the best deal. Alongside banking, Davinder invested in property to create a secondary income, which led to leaving the corporate rat race in Feb 2017.
The first deal (a London BTL) was self-funded with help from immediate family. Since going into property full-time, each investment property has been funded by Private Investors, who receive a healthy monthly interest on their capital.
